Practical Paleo Sweet Potato Bun Recipe!

In today's episode of Truly Fit T.V ,I'm taking you inside my kitchen and teaching you how to make one of my favorite recipes that I use as a bun replacement for sandwiches and burgers: sweet potato buns. Sweet potatoes are a great nutrient and ideal to use for fuel post and pre-workout. These will be perfect for your grilling festivities this memorial day and all through summer! Please note, that I am not a fan of cooking and I like to keep things really, really simple in the kitchen. My husband was cracking up that I even made this video for you! Tools You Will Need:

Food Processor

Cast Iron Skillet

Potato Peeler

Sharp Knife

Ingredients You Will Need:

2-4 sweet potatoes peeled and grated in food processor

3 eggs

2 teaspoons coconut flour

1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Coconut oil for frying pan
