My job is to help you realize your strength, self worth and help you develop it. I train and teach a lot of women and one thing I know we do more than anything is act out of self-doubt and fear and are at times our own worst enemies.
The best way I’ve found to break free from this is to direct the focus away from our own limiting beliefs and redirect back to the Bible to what God says about who you are. Many women do not believe the immense strength that God has put in them and like all beliefs, you simply live them. You will only act out of what you truly believe deep to the core of your being.
So I have a word for you today that I want you to digest and get down deep. There is a huge difference between saying you know something in your head and really knowing it in your heart. It looks different and you can always tell. So if you’ve ever doubted yourself, given way to fear, or not understood your role and your God given strength, turn to Psalm 144:12. It says:
“Then our sons in their youth will be like well-nurtured plants, and our daughters will be like pillars carved to adorn a palace. “ NIV
I highly encourage you to read the whole chapter of Psalm 144. It’s only fifteen verses and what I would consider a warrior cry. In that short little verse are four game changers for you.
You are meant to be beautiful AND strong. In God’s kingdom the two go together and are not opposing each other. Get this deep in your heart for everything you do flows from it.
In Love,
Lindsey Nadler
