In today’s episode of Truly Fit T.V., I am showing some basic exercises that can be done with no equipment and no gym membership. You can do these in a hotel room, in your office, or in your backyard using your own body weight. No excuses! In the video, I’ve listed two different workouts you can do or you can combine the movements from both and create your own. Shoot for 3-5 rounds of 10 reps of everything or as many rounds as possible in 15min. If you can do more then do more. Maintain your intensity! You can do it!
